Recipe Manager

1 lb braising steak, cubed
1 onion, finely chopped
2 oz bacon, chopped
1 oz butter
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 pint tomato sauce
1/8 pint worcester sauce
1 dsp coconut
1 saltspoon nutmeg
1 tsp lemon juice
2 saltspoons mixed herbs
salt to taste
stock or water
Fry onion in butter until brown. Add all other ingredients, stir together, return to heat & braise 10 minutes. Add stock to barely cover & simmer until cooked (approx 2 hours). Thicken with cornflour
