6 pork shoulder steaks
1 tbs oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled & sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs flour
1 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs fruit chutney
1-1/2 cups water
Heat oil in frypan & fry steaks till golden. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Arrange apple slices over. Sprinkle flour over fat in pan, stir well, stir in brown sugar, water, vinegar & chutney. Mix well, stirring until it boils. Pour over chops. Cover & bake 180 degC 1-1/2 hours.
