6 pork shoulder chops
1 Tbs oil
2 Granny Smith apples
1 Tbs honey
2 Tbs cornflour
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp instant chicken stock
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Heat oil in frypan, fry steaks until golden, put in casserole. Peel, core & slice apples & scatter over pork. Put honey, cornflour, soy sauce & stock in pan, add water, salt & pepper. Stir & heat until boiling. Pour over pork. Cover & bake 180 degC for 1-1/2 hours.
