900g lamb schnitzels
salt
ginger
garlic, crushed
1 cup wine
parsley
flour
pepper
cooking oil
mushrooms sliced
1 cup tomato puree
Flatten lamb. Dust with seasoned flour. Heat oil in pan with garlic. Brown lamb on both sides. Add mushrooms & brown. Add wine & tomato puree. Spoon sauce over lamb. Simmer few minutes, thicken if needed. Sprinkle with parsley.
