225g shortcrust pastry
100g grated cheese
2 eggs
2 Tbs milk or cream
salt & pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder
Roll out pastry & line tartlet tins. Mix remaining ingredients together place heaped teaspoonful in each tart. Bake 200 degC 10 minutes, lower heat to 180 degC & bake further 5 mins.
