125g butter
2/3 breakfast cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 breakfast cup cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 good breakfast cup flour
Cream butter & sugar. Stir in egg. Add dry ingredients & mix in well. Remove from bowl & wrap in greaseproof. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Roll out. Bake 180 degC 12-15 minutes.
