750g chuck or skirt steak
seasoned flour
1 large onion, finely sliced
2 Tbs oil
1 packet Maggi Pea & Ham Soup
1 tsp beef stock powder
1-1/2 cups water
2 medium potatoes, quartered
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 cup cooked peas
Cut meat into cubes & coat in flour. Heat oil & brown meat & onions. Place in large pan & sprinkle over soup. Pour over water with beef stock dissolved in it & bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Add potatoes & carrots, cover & simmer on low heat 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Add peas 10 minutes before serving.
