Recipe Manager

2 chicken pieces (leg & thigh)
1 clove garlic
2 tsp lemon huice
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
pinch mixed herbs
2 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbs chopped parsley
Combine crushed garlic, lemon rind & juice, paprika, salt, herbs & soy sauce in bowl. Add chicken pieces & mix until well coated, leave to stand 2 hours, turning occasionally. Put chicken & marinade into baking dish, bake uncovered 1 hour, basting frequently. Sprinkle with parsley.
