220g can salmon
5-6 thin slices wholemeal bread
1 onion, finely sliced
1/2 cup cheese grated
1 cup cream
2 eggs
1 Tbs cornflour
1 Tbs mayonnaise
Line buttered flan dish with bread, trim to fit, add onion & cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, pour into dish. Bake 180 degC 25 mins.
