Chop 5 leaves rhubarb, cover with water & boil gently 20 mins. Add 5 cloves garlic crushed, 1 Tbs grated soap or 1tsp dishwash liquid & allow to cool. Strain then add 1 tsp Jeyes Fluid & 1/4 tsp each cayenne pepper & chili powder. Use 1 Tbs to bucket of water & apply with watering can.
