Crush 2 cloves garlic into a mug. Add a teaspoon grated fresh ginger, juice of one lemon & about 1/3 of the ring (grated). Add 1/4 tsp chopped hot chilli & 1 Tbs honey. Fill mug with near boiling water & when cooled sufficiently drink it quickly solids and all. Take before going to bed, wear absorbent pyjamas as mixture will make you sweat.
