2-3 grapefruit
4 kiwifruit
Peel grapefruit, cut into segments. Peel & slice kiwifruit lengthwise. Place both in bowl, pour dressing over & toss gently. Chill 2-3 hours. Divide into serving dishes & garnish with mint leaves.
Dressing:
3 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs finely chopped mint
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 tbs oil
pinch salt
mint leaves
In screw top jar place sugar, mint, lemon juice, oil & salt. Shake well before use.
