2 large grapefruit
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamon
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp angostura bitters
Halve grapefruit, segment in shell & remove pips. Warm honey in small saucepan over a low heat, add spices & bitters, stir well. Spoon sauce over grapefruit & stand 10 mins. Place under hot grill 10 mins.
