Savoury pastry sheets
2 oz butter
4 oz onions, diced
500g flaked smoked fish
1 ptk Maggi Onion Soup
1-1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
chopped parsley
Line 7" flan tin with pastry. Saute onions in butter & place in pastry base. Make sauce with soup powder & milk. Add fish & simmer 10 minutes. Cool slightly before adding eggs & parsley. Garnish with tomato or grated cheese & paprika. Bake 375 degF 30 minutes until set.
