310 tin smoked fish fillets
1 Tbs chopped parsley
2 Tbs lemon juice
salt & pepper
2 Tbs salad dressing
16-20 slices sandwich bread
50g butter, melted
Tip fish & liquid into bowl & mash. Ad parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper & salad dressing. Mix well. Trim crusts off bread. Roll bread both sides to flatten. Spread fish mixture on bread, leave 3cm at top & 2cm at base. Roll up starting at bottom. Place join side down in shallow dish. Brush butter over rolls. Bake 180 degC 30 mins.
