1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate drops
120g butter
125ml sour cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups icing sugar
1. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together (use a double boiler, not the microwave!)
2. Stir in other ingredients, adding the icing sugar last. You may need to add extra, depending on the consistency that you desire.
