Make a paste of
- Corriander Paster (¾-1 tube/jar)
- 1 heaped tsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp fish sauce
Wrap the fish up in tinfoil. Fold edges over so it is properly sealed, but not too tight, as the tinfoil needs to expand with the steam.
Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes.
