125g butter
½C Brown Sugar
½C Sugar
½tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
1¾C Self Raising Flour
½tsp salt
125g chocolate buttons, broken in half
Cream Butter & Sugar. Add Vanilla essence and egg and beat well. Sift in flour and salt then add chocolate buttons. Bake at 180ºC for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
