120g packet OREO Chocolate Creme cookies, crushed
250g block Cream Cheese cut into cubes
2 eggs
2 Tbs flour
2 tsp vanilla essence
200g white Toblerone, melted
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup flaked almonds

Press biscuit crumbs into the base and sides of lightly oiled 11x34cm tin
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add eggs, flour and vanilla, mix well. Stir through the melted chocolate, sprinkle blueberries over the base of the tart and then pour over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 160ºC fan forced 30 mins until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool, remove from tin and serve.
