4 medium potatoes
2 onions
4-1/2 cups water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant chicken stock powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Peel potatoes & onions & cut into small cubes. Put in big pan with water & salt. Cover & bring to boil. Turn to low & cook until tender. Blend till smooth. Return to pan, stir in stock & pepper, rosemary, mustard & milk. Heat gently stirring until hot. Sprinkle parsley over & serve.
