50g Butter
90g Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Sugar
1 egg
¾ cup Flour
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Grease & flour sponge roll tin. Melt butter & chocolate chips over hot water. Add sugar & beat well. When cool, beat in egg and vanilla. Sift in flour, salt & baking powder. Add chopped nuts & spread in tin. Bake at 160ºC 25-30 mins. Cool in tin for 10 mins. Cut while still warm.
