5 courgettes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato
1/2 tsp curry powder
4 cups hot water
4 tsp instant chicken stock powder
1/2 cup milk
salt & pepper
Slice courgettes finely, peel & chop onion & carrot finely. Peel potato & chop finely & put all in large pan. Add curry, hot water & chicken stock. Stir well, bring to boil & simmer 20 mins. Blend until smooth. Put back in pan, add milk, salt & pepper. Reheat.
