1 cup plain flour
90g butter, chopped
¼ cup caster sugar
Place all in food processor and mix to crumbs.
Press over base and up sides mini muffin pans.
Bake 10 mins 180ºC.
Filling:
395g can condensed milk
2 Tbs golden syrup
1 Tbs butter
2 tsp grated orange rind
Combine all in small pan, bring to boil, stirring, simmer 5 min stirring constantly.
Spoon into tart cases
Bake 5 mins.
Cool 5 mins before removing from pans.
Drizzle tops with melted chocolate, chill until set.
