8 tsp gelatine
1 cup hot water
2 x 450g cans crushed pineapple
2 x 220g cans tuna
1 cup grated mature cheese
2 Tbs grated onion
1/2 tsp mustard
1 cup mayonaise
Dissolve gelatine in hot water, add mustard. Thoroughly blend into heated crushed pineapple & juice. Allow to cool.
Fork through the tuna & add to the pineapple mixture with all other ingredients. Spoon into serving bowl & refrigerate until set.
