1 sheet ready rolled savoury short crust pastry or 4 sheets filo pastry
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream or yoghurt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
freshly ground black pepper
2 cups finely sliced leeks, or 2 onions sliced
1 cup peeled & grated pumpkin
1 cup grated cheese
1 Tbs sesame seeds
Trim pastry to line 20cm flan dish or layer filo sheets brushing each layer with a little oil then line flan dish. Beat eggs, milk, sour cream, nutmeg & pepper. Place leeks or onion, pumpkin & cheese in flan dish. Pour in filling & sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 190 degC 40-50 mins until golden & firm.
