125g butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup self raising flour, sifted
1/4 cup flour, sifted
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
2 granny smith apples, peeled & finely sliced
Cream butter & sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Fold in flours alternately with sour cream. Spread helf mixture in tin, top with half aples, spread remaining mixture over.
Arrange rest of apples on top & sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 45-50 mins 180 degC. Cool in tin 5-10 mins. Serve with whipped cream dusted with cinnamon.
