1 kg boysenberries
1-1/2 cups water
1 stick cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1-1/2 cups sugar
Place berries in pan with water, cinnamon & bay leaf. Simmer gently until berries are soft & pulpy. Strain & return juice to pan, add sugar, bring to boil, cook 3 mins. Pour into jars & seal (overflow method). Use 1/2 cordial & 1/2 water.
