6 bacon rashers, cooked & crumbled
1 cup milk
60g butter, melted
1 large egg, beaten lightly
2 Tbs caster sugar
2 cups flour
1 Tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
In large bowl combine milk, butter, egg & sugar. Sift in flour, baking powder & salt & stir until just combined. Fold in bacon & spoon into greased tins. Bake 200 degC 20-25 mins.
