500g pasta shells, cooked & drained
olive oil
125g bacon chopped
12 cup chopped onion
4 cups corn kernels
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup fresh lite cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh taragon
Drizzle cooked pasta shells with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
In large fry-pan cook bacon & onion softly until the onion is translucent.
Add corn & white wine & cook 5 mins. Just prior to serving add cream & tarragon.
Add drained pasta & stir through gently.
Season & serve with a mixed green salad
