125g butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs syrup
1 egg
1¼ cups flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sultanas
1 tsp grated lemon rind
Grease 20x30cm tin. Beat butter, sugar, syrup until smooth. Add egg and lemon rind. Beat in well. Sift in flour, baking powder salt & mix well. Stir in sultanas. Press in tin. Bake 180ºC 20 mins. Cool in tin and slice.
