1 tin condensed milk
2 Tbs baking cocoa
250g finely crushed wine biscuits
1/2 cup mixed fruit or nuts
1/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup chocolate morsels
1 Tbs sherry
1/2 cup coconut for rolling
Combine first 7 ingredients & mix well.
Chill.
Divide into four & roll each into log shape.
Coat with coconut, wrap in foil & refrigerate.
Cut into slices to serve.
Orange Logs: Add grated rind of 1 orange to mixture.
Apricot Logs: Replace morsels with 3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
