1 tin condensed milk
3-4 cups icing sugar
4 cups coconut
1 tsp vanilla
4-6 drops red colouring
Combine 3 cups icing sugar with condensed milk, coconut & vanilla essence, mix well. Add remaining icing sugar if needed.
Press 1/2 mixture in base of 20cm squaretin.
Colour remaining 1/2 with red food colouring, knead well.
Press over white, chill then cut into squares.
