Recipe Manager

2-3/4 cups ivcng sugar
1/3 cup cocoa (optional)
55g (2oz) butter
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbs golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Boil sugar, cocoa, butter, milk & syrup 3 minutes.
Remove from heat & add other ingredients.
Stir well.
Put in tin to set.
Variations: Coconut ice, ginger fudge, etc.
