400g condensed milk
2 Tbs golden syrup
60g copha or kremelta
Combine condensed milk & syrup in heavy based pan, stir constantly over medium heat 10 minutes or u ntil mixture turnslight brown.
Remove from heat stir in roughly chopped copha. Turn into greased 10" x " tin.
Smooth top with wet fingers.
When cold spread with chocolate topping.
Let set before cutting.
Topping:
30g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp water
3 tsp water
1/2 cup icing sugar
Melt chocolate over simmering water, add butter & water, stir in sifted icing sugar.
