2 cups blackcurrants
1 cup sugar
2 Tbs custard powder
1 cup water
1 cup raspberries
2-3 Tbs rum or brandy
Put blackcurrants into saucepan.
Add sugar & custard powder.
Stir well, add water & bring to boil stirring constantly.
Remove from heat & stir in raspberries.
Stir in rum or brandy when cool.
