Recipe Manager

Heat 4oz brown sugar, 2 Tbs golden syrup & 1-1/2oz butter for 5 mins until sugar is dissolved then add 1/8 pint evaporated milk or top cream. Cook in doubleboiler 20 minutes until thick & creamy.
