Blend 1 cup mustard one minute & put in jug.
Blend 1/10 cup black peppercorns 1 minute & add to jug.
Add 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine, 1 cup wine vinegar, 1/10 cup salt. Stir & bottle.
Mixture will become drier with keeping.
Variations:
Instead of wine use vermouth, curry,paprika or herbs.
