1 large grapefruit, chopped
1 lemon, chopped
2 large oranges, chopped
1 litre (4 cups) water
7 cups sugar
Chop fruit finely in processor. Combine fruit & water in pan, bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer covered 30 mins. Stand overnight.
Next day bring to boil & add sugar, stir till dissolved.
Boil rapidly uncovered 30 mins.
Stand 5 mins before pouring into hot jars.
Seal when cold.
