Recipe Manager

1.5kg washed red currants simmered in 2-1/2 cups boiling water & just over 1/2 cup wine vinegar together with a stick of cinnamon & 2 Tbs whole cloves.
When cooked strain through fine muslin.
To each 2 cups liquid add 500g loaf sugar.
Stir until sugar dissolves, then boil fast until setting point is reached.
Pour into hot jars & cool before covering.
