Recipe Manager

2 Tbs butter
1 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs honey
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1/4 cup milk
Cream butter, sugar & boney until light & fluffy.
Add egg, beat well.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a bowl.
Add sifted dry ingredients & milk alternately, beating well after each addition.
Put spoonfuls into 12 hot greased gem irons.
Bake at 210 degC 10-12 minutes.
