1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup wheatgerm
1/2 cup wholemeal flour
1 egg
1 cup low fat milk
1/3 cup honey, melted
3 Tbs margarine, melted
1/2 cup raisings
Sift flour, salt Y baking soda into large bowl.
Stir in wheatgerm & wholemeal flour.
Beat together egg, milk, melted honey & margarine.
Make well in centre of dry ingredients & pour in liquids.
Add raisins & stir lightly to combine.
Put into greased muffin tins.
Bake 180 degC 12 minutes.
