Recipe Manager

1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 cups bran
3/4 cup raw sugar
100g butter, melted
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Sift flour, baking powder & baking soda into bowl.
Stir in bran, sugar & chopped nuts.
Make well in centre of dry ingredients.
Lightly beat egg, milk & yoghurt together.
Add mashed banana to dry ingredients.
Pour melted butter & beaten egg mixture into well & mix with a fork until just combined. Do Not overmix.
Bake 220 degC 15-20 minutes.
