125g butter
125g sugar
150 self raising flour
50g self raising wholemeal flour
1/2 cup cornflakes, lightly crushed
1/2 cup raisins, chopped
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
4 Tbs milk
Cream butter & sugar. Sift flours (retain husks) & spices. Add raisins.
Combine dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Roll in teaspoonful size balls & place on lightly greased oven tray. Press with a fork.
Bake 180 degC 12-15 mins.
