2 cups flour
63g packet Continental Creamy Style Onion Soup
125g butter
6 Tbs water
2 ham steaks
150g cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Place flour & 2 Tbs of soup mix in food processor & process to mix.
Chop butter, add to flour & process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Pour water in a little at a time & process until mixture begins to form a ball.
Turn out on to a lightly floured surface & knead lightlyt.
Roll out & use to line 3 x 15cm flan rings. Cut remaining pastry into crescents or strips to twist. Chill.
Chop ham & cheese into small cubes & place in flans.
Beat together eggs, milk & remaining soup mix. Pour over the ham & cheese.
Arrange the crescents or twists of pastry on top.
Bake 200 degC 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 150 degC & continue cooking a further 35 minutes until mixture is set.
