Base:
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
125g butter, melted
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Press into 20 x 30cm sponge roll tin. Bake 180 degC 10 mins.
Filling:
395g can sweetened condensed milk.
2 Tbs golden syrup
1 Tbs butter
Combine ingredients in small saucepan. Sitr over moderate heat until boiling. Continue sitrring for 5 mins. Spread over base. Return to oven further 10 mins. Remove & cool.
Topping
150 dark chocolate melts, melted
Heat chocolate over hot water until melted. Spread top of slice. Refrigerate until set. Cut into slices.
