1 small ripe banana
1 cup white self-raising flour
1/2 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup choc bits
1 egg lightly beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
Grease a 12 hole muffin pan.
Mash banana in a large bowl.
Sift flour into the bowl (add husks left in sifter).
Put in sugar, choc bits, egg, milk & oil.
Sir with a fork until well mixed.
Spoon mixture into muffin pans.
Bake 20 mins or until golden, turn onto rack to cool.
