90g butter, melted
2 Tbs honey
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 x 250g pkt gingernuts, crushed
1/2 cup chopped glace ginger
1/2 cup dried mixed fruit
1 cup coconut
Add honey & milk to butter & stir until combined.
Stir in biscuit crumbs, glace ginger & fruit.
Spoon mixture into bowl and refrigerate until firm.
Shape into balls & toss in coconut.
