4 oz butter
4 oz sugar
1 dsp golden syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup coconut
4 oz flour
1 Tbs cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Cream butter, sugar & syrup, add vanilla essence & coconut. Sift flour, cocoa & baking powder & add. Stir in walnuts. Press into greased tin & bake 300-325 degF 30 mins. Ice & cut while warm.
