150g dark cooking chocolate
2 Tbs orange flavoured liqueur
1 Tbs butter
1 egg yolk
Melt chocolate with liqueur. Add butter & egg yolk & mix well. Leave 3-4 hours at cool room temperature & then roll into balls. Roll each ball in cocoa or chocolate hail.
