4 oz butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 small tsp salt
1 Tbs chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut
Cream butter & sugars well, add egg. Sift flour, salt & baking powder & add. Then stir in wholemeal flour, coconut & chocolate chips. Place in tsp lots & press flat a little. Bake 350-375 degF 15 ins.
